A superb team effort gave BHSC second place in our first gala of the new season the Bristol Henleaze Shield. Congratulations to Stroud who won the Shield yet again. The results are

There were some impressive swims for so early in the season and 12 PB's were recorded in individual events:- Ashley St Leger, Josh Allen, Georges Hann (2), Luke Porter, Chris Woodman, Eddy Wragg, William Thompson (2), Millie Marshall, Roxanne Diamond and Abi Bowring. There were also some impressive relay split times and most swimmers were on or very close to their PB's so keep up the training for the Speedo League. No less than six club records also fell:- Georges Hann 15yr 100 Back and 100 Fly, Rebecca Guy 15 yr 100 Free, Luke Porter 15 yr 100 Breast, Georgie Ward 16 yr 100 Breast and Abi Bowring 10 yr 50 Breast. The swimmer of the night was undoubtedly Georges Hann with two 2 second plus PB's and two club records. Finally thank you swimmers for supporting the club and congratulations on a great team effort.
