The club committee have agreed the following fee structure with effect from 1st Jan 2011.
There are three terms in line with the academic year. Fees become due on the first day of each term and members are asked to pay promptly by cheque on receipt of their renewal; or by bank transfer (in full or four equal instalments).
Members who train at other academies (UBSC, City of Bristol, Team Bath etc) pay £40 per term.
Membership fees Includes: all pool time, coaching, lifeguards, Insurance, ASA affiliation fees.
Galas and Competitions are usually subject to a small additional entry/registration charge. There will also be a transport fee of £5 per person to galas, payable on the coach.
All fees will be increased from September 2013.
Any members experiencing any difficulties with fees should contact the Committee through the Club Chairperson in confidence; the club may be able to offer assistance in some cases.
Swimmers, &/or parents, are reminded that at least one month's notice is required before leaving the club. This should be provided to the Membership secretary, Sandra O’Connor by e-mail. We‘d be grateful if the Membership Treasurer could also be notified, e-mail. It is not sufficient to tell someone on poolside! This notice allows coaches to plan pool time & sessions, allows waiting new members to join ASAP & stops volunteers wasting time raising & chasing invoices.
