                                                         2-4pm Pool

                                             4.15 – 5.15 Practical Session

The pool session will also include a short filming session of swimmers technique, above and below the water which will be available at a later date on disk (there may be a small charge for this).

The practical session will incorporate core stability and Injury prevention (please wear land training attire).

Cost: £25.00 Cash or Cheque Made payable to Bristol Henleaze Swim Club.

Places are limited and will be allocated in a fair manner when all forms with money are received. Any outstanding Club Swimming fees must be settled before applying for a place.
