Annual Swim Camp2012

From Monday 20th Aug to Friday 24th Aug

Held at Clifton High School Pool

There will be guest coaches throughout the week including Dan Hester (national medallist) on Monday. Coaching will be provided by qualified ASA Coaches. Morning sessions will be fitness based and the afternoon sessions will be technique based covering all 4 strokes, starts and turns.

A Group:

9-11am Mon/Wed/Fri    swimming

1-2.30pm swimming daily

3-4pm land training daily

B Group:

1.45 -2.30pm land training daily

3-4.30pm swimming daily

Costs;

A  Group: £65 for BHSC members (£70 Non BHSC)

B Group: £45 for BHSC members (£50 Non BHSC)

If you would like to book a place, then please hand your cheque( payable to Bristol Henleaze Swimming Club) to Hilary Marshall. Places are limited to about 30 per group and will be offered on a first come first served basis. Priority will be given to BHSC members.
