BHSC Easter Swim Clinic Print

BHSC will be holding a swim clinic during Easter holidays at CHS with Penny Porter physiotherapist to GB Swimming, which will include 2 hour pool time with video filming of swimmers' technique, 1 hour in gym (warm up, injury prevention, benefits of warm up) and a DVD to analyse technique. Places will be limited. Details to follow very soon!
